Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at TRACT, Allison heads a platform focused on sustainability performance measurement. As an Investment Partner at XFactor Ventures, Allison supports female founders and diverse founding teams in early-stage ventures. Previous roles include Advisor at Synonym, Chief Growth Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at IUNU, EDGE Advisor at Cargill, and Entrepreneur In Residence at NDRC, showcasing expertise in digital transformation and startup acceleration.
