Xander Koster currently serves as the People Experience Manager at TRACT Sustainability Measurement since January 2024. Prior to this role, Xander worked as an HR Advisor at Olam Food Ingredients from January 2020 to January 2024, overseeing approximately 100 colleagues and advising on various HR matters. Xander held the position of Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Yoores Recruitment Solutions from November 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included leading a team of eight talent acquisition specialists and developing recruitment strategies for international clients. Additional experience includes freelancing with a focus on project management, marketing, and PR roles in the electronic music scene, as well as various positions in sales and HR throughout early career stages. Xander holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration, both from the University of Amsterdam.
