Ben Lack is a seasoned professional with a diverse range of work experience. In 2005, they started their career as an Analyst at Retail & Restaurant Growth Capital, LP, where they worked until 2009. During the same period, they also served as an Associate at Current LP. In 2006, they joined Current Energy as the Director of Business Development and stayed with the company until 2009. In 2009, Ben became the Founder and CEO of Interrupt Media, which they continue to lead. In the same year, they also took on the role of Chief Conversationalist at The Daily Energy Report until 2014. In 2009, Ben partnered with Forms.com as a Partner, providing resources for customers seeking legal, tax, and accounting forms until 2010. In 2012, they joined Opower as a Digital Marketing Manager and later became an Associate Director of Digital Marketing in 2014. Ben worked as Senior Director of Marketing and Business Development at Swiftype from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Demand Generation at Traction, starting in 2019. Additionally, Ben has been serving as the Band Leader for Brass Animals since 2013, where they perform at various events across the country, showcasing a blend of New Orleans-style brass band music with contemporary genres.

Ben Lack attended The University of Georgia from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing. During their time at the university, they also studied at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
