Megha Tibrewal

Megha Tibrewal has extensive experience in company secretarial and compliance roles, currently serving as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Tracxn since July 2019. Prior to this position, Megha held the title of Company Secretary at Atria Power from June 2015 to July 2019 and worked in legal compliance at Decision Point Consultancy Private Limited from October 2014 to May 2015. Earlier experience includes serving in the Executive – Secretarial Department at Heaven India Real Tech Limited from September 2011 to August 2014. Megha holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the National Law School of India University, as well as master's degrees in Accounting and Finance from Jamshedpur Co-operative College. Additional qualifications include completion of the Company Secretary program from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Jamshedpur Women’s College.
