Dave Herbert is an accomplished financial services executive with extensive experience in retail brokerage and investment management. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Carver Edison, Dave has played a key role in developing technology that optimizes employee stock purchase plans. In addition, Dave acts as a Strategic Advisor for both Trade Exchange Group, Inc. and TradeDuel, focusing on trading and investment recommendation services and enhancing market participation through gamification. Previously, Dave held senior leadership positions at E*TRADE Financial Corporation, Charles Schwab, Fidelity Investments, and Merrill Lynch, where responsibilities included overseeing large teams, driving business development, and managing customer service operations. Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance from Wittenberg University.
