Jamie Hotchkiss

Jamie Hotchkiss, LSSGB, is a Senior HRIS Analyst at Trader Interactive, where responsibilities include enhancing the HR experience and managing benefits systems for employees across the US and Canada. Previously, Jamie served as an HRIS Coordinator at Turn2Partners, focusing on sourcing and recruiting technical candidates, and as a Business Process Analyst at SOC Telemed, working on process improvements in telemedicine services. Jamie's experience at Capital One involved leading campus recruiting strategies, and earlier roles included business development and frontline operations support. Jamie is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Psychology at both Northern Virginia Community College and Suffolk County Community College.
