James has held various positions at TradeStation since April 2000, including Sr Director of Product Management & Customer Experience Architect, Sr Director of Product Innovation and Business Strategy, Director of Product Management, and Sr. Software Engineer. Prior to that, James worked at Integrated Technologies Engineering as a Mechanical Engineer & Systems Engineer, and at Cincinnati Bell as a Software & Network Engineer. James also completed multiple summer internships in mechanical engineering roles at companies like Civacon and ITW Packaging Systems. James holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Robotics from Florida State University, as well as a B.S. in Physics.
