Pedro Remis has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Pedro started their career as a Software Engineer at CADMART in 2013 and worked there until 2016. Pedro then joined Farelogix in 2016 and held multiple roles including Infrastructure Engineer, Infrastructure Developer, Platform Architect, Lead System Engineer, and Chief Information Technology Architect. In 2020, Pedro joined TradeStation as a Site Reliability Engineer.
Pedro Remis has a strong education background in engineering and physics. Pedro first attended the Universidad de Pinar del Rio from 2006 to 2009, where they earned an Engineer's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering. Pedro then continued their education at the same university from 2010 to 2012, obtaining another Engineer's Degree, this time in Computer Software Engineering.
Before their studies at the Universidad de Pinar del Rio, Pedro attended the University of Havana from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physics.
In addition to their formal education, Pedro has also obtained several certifications related to Linux administration. In March 2016, they obtained the CompTIA Linux+ (Powered by LPI) certification from CompTIA, the LPIC-1 certification from the Linux Professional Institute, and the SUSE Certified Linux Administrator certification from SUSE.
