Lisa Schirf has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Lisa is currently the Managing Director and Global Head of Data & Analytics at Tradeweb. In addition, they serve as an Advisor at Verneek, FDP Institute, Correlation One, and noonum. Previously, Lisa worked at Citadel as the Chief Operating Officer for their Data Strategies Group and AI Research. Lisa has also held positions at Nasdaq as the Head of Business Development for the Global Information Services Division and at Fischer Francis Trees & Watts (BNP Paribas Investment Partners) as the Chief Operating Officer. Lisa has also been involved in investment committees and has founded their own company, HNL Ventures LLC.
Lisa Schirf completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from Villanova University in 1994. Additionally, they participated in overseas exchange programs at EDHEC Business School in 1994 and Alma College Overseas Studies in 1992. Lisa also attended Lincoln-Sudbury High School from 1986 to 1990.
