Mustafa Erim

Mustafa Erim currently serves as the Chief Audit Executive at Tradeweb, a position held since August 2025. Previously, Mustafa held the role of Global Vice President of Internal Audit at Visa from September 2022 to August 2025, providing assurance on governance, risk management, and compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Audit for North America at Intercontinental Exchange, where Mustafa led audit activities for multiple business units, and as Chief Audit Executive at Deem Finance, where a world-class audit team was established. Mustafa also held leadership roles at Barclays, including Head of Audit for Barclays Africa, and was recognized for transforming performance within the team. Earlier in the career, Mustafa worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and Turkey, advancing to Senior Manager in Risk Assurance Services. Educational credentials include an MBA with distinction from the University of Warwick and a BSc Hons in Mathematics and Computer Science from Middle East Technical University.
