Kamal El Assaad is a Project Manager at Traffic Tech (Gulf) W.L.L. since October 2019, managing the Doha Joint Rescue Control Center project for the Qatar Army Forces. Previously, Kamal served as a Lead Solutions Engineer and Project Engineer, overseeing various projects including the Diriyah Gate 1 in Riyadh and smart city initiatives in Lusail City. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Communications Engineer, focusing on intelligent transport systems in Doha, and involvement in understanding landing systems and fiber optic network design at MEA and OGERO, respectively. Kamal holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering from Beirut Arab University.
