Earlier experience includes a commercial leadership program internship at GE Power, managing substantial orders and enhancing forecasting accuracy. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and participated in a semester exchange program at the National University of Singapore.
