Ryan O'Toole is a Survey Research Analyst at TRAILS since September 2023, previously serving as an Analyst, Associate Analyst, and Research Intern at ClearPath Strategies from May 2022 to September 2023. At ClearPath, responsibilities included writing outlines and researching background materials, testing survey links, and ensuring data accuracy. For students in need of mental health services, school-delivered programs can be life-changing and life-saving. TRAILS offers the training, materials, and implementation support schools need to provide their students with three tiers of effective, culturally responsible programming: Tier 1: Universal education and awareness for all students Tier 2: Early intervention for students impacted by a mental health concern Tier 3: Crisis intervention for students experiencing suicidality The demand for effective mental health services is unprecedented, and TRAILS is working hard to increase our ability to onboard new school partners. Our team seeks qualified individuals who are passionate about building systems-level solutions to address the youth mental health crisis.
