Tilda Nummi

Tilda Nummi is a Recruiting Coordinator at Trainers' House since September 2021, overseeing the recruitment process in Turku and Oulu, including strategic planning, advertising, event planning, job interviews, hiring, and employment contract management. Previously, Tilda served as a Senior Marketeer (Project Manager), focusing on marketing, sales, project management, team leadership, reporting, analysis, and staff development. Tilda also has experience as a Marketeer specializing in cold calling and negotiation, as well as customer service roles within Kesko - K-Group and Hong Kong Rauma. Tilda is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership at the Turku School of Economics, set to graduate in June 2026, and holds a Ylioppilas degree from Rauman lyseon lukio.
