Crystal Torres has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Crystal started their career at Progressive Management Systems in 1994, where they served as the Vice President of Operations for over 12 years. In 2007, they joined Firstsource Solutions Limited as the Director of Strategic Accounts until 2010. Currently, Crystal is working at TRAK America as the Senior Vice President of Client Services.
Crystal Torres obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Western Governors University in 2020. Crystal is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Management/Leadership at Florida Gulf Coast University Lutgert College of Business, expected to be completed in 2023. Crystal also holds a certification as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Professional, obtained from the Six Sigma Global Institute in May 2021.
