Jason Wade has extensive experience in financial leadership roles. Jason is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Traliant since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Spring Venture Group from January 2019 to April 2023. From June 2011 to November 2018, they served as the Controller and Treasurer at Ascend Learning. Before that, they held the position of VP Finance / Corporate Controller at Cartesian (formerly TMNG) from October 2004 to June 2011. Jason Wade began their career as a Sr. Manager at Ernst & Young, where they worked from 1995 to 2004.
Jason Wade completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1991 to 1995. Jason further pursued their education at Washington University in St. Louis, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from 2012 to 2013.
