Rob Gotschall

Rob Gotschall is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and digital technology management. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Technology at Trane Technologies since July 2019, Rob oversees software engineering for the digital organization, including IoT initiatives and technology strategy. Previously, Rob held various leadership roles, including Director of Application Development at Trane Technologies, Software Engineering Manager at Maxar Technologies, and CTO at PayReel, Inc. Notably, Rob contributed to significant growth at ZOLL Medical Corporation as Vice President of Software Engineering, leading a global team and expanding the Data Management Division. Rob began a career in software engineering at Cadre Technologies after earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
