Joe joined the Trans Ash team in 1994 and has over 25 years of experience related to heavy civil construction and CCR projects. His areas of expertise include project management, dredging, mass excavation, landfill design, landfill management, civil construction, geomembrane liner systems, CCR basin excavation, and routine CCR management.
As the Executive Vice President, he is responsible for overseeing the operations, sales, and quality departments as well as providing corporate support to all of the customers.
Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
