Previously, Szymczyk held the position of Chief Data & Analytics Officer at BNP Paribas Cardif, leading a transformation to a data-driven culture and modernizing data warehouse processes. Additional experience includes roles at Santander Bank Polska and Santander TFI, focusing on product development, predictive analytics, and financial modeling. Szymczyk's educational background includes a PhD in Finance and Economics from Poznan University of Economics and Business, alongside advanced studies in Data Science and a Master's in Physics and Nanotechnology.
