Paula Jacobson is an experienced project administrator with a robust background in regulatory compliance and project coordination within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Administrator at Trans Mountain since May 2019, Paula coordinates notifications related to indigenous sites and provides updates to regulatory bodies. Previously, Paula held positions at Enbridge as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, ensuring compliance for operations and incident management, and at Spectra Energy as a Project Administrator, supporting pipeline and facilities projects. With a foundation in project services and cost financial support at Devon Energy, Paula has also contributed to project advancement through effective coordination and reporting. Earlier career roles at PSN, Stantec, and Kasian further developed project management skills and collaborative efforts within design and construction teams. Paula's educational background includes a degree in Office Administration from Holland College.
