Prabhavathi P is an experienced academic and professional in the field of electronics and communications, currently serving as an IEEE CAS Execom member for the Bangalore Section since January 2023. With a career at BNM Institute Of Technology as an Associate Professor beginning in August 2005, Prabhavathi has specialized in low power designs over the past four years and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Adaptive Low Power Techniques for Multimedia Platform SoCs. Previously, Prabhavathi led the Department of Electronics at The National College, Basavanagudi from December 1998 to July 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in VLSI & Embedded Systems from Visvesvaraya Technological University (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering (1984-1988).
