Ricky Flood

Ricky Flood is an experienced transportation and maritime professional with a comprehensive background in logistics, operations, and maintenance. Currently serving as an OTR Commercial Driver at TransAm Trucking, Inc. since February 2022, Ricky operates diesel-powered tractor-trailers while ensuring compliance with regulatory inspections. Prior experience includes roles such as Seaman at Marine Spill Response Corporation, where responsibilities involved emergency procedures and crew training, and Test Vessel Operator at Volvo Penta, mastering a fleet of test vessels. Ricky also contributed to park maintenance as a Maintenance Technician at Virginia State Parks and held various roles in the US Army, including Maritime Shipping Manager and Maritime Operations Supervisor. Ricky holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership from Trident University International.
