Dana Stephens

Dana Stephens has over two decades of experience in compliance management, currently serving as Compliance Manager and Lead Advertising Compliance Analyst at Transamerica since January 2012. Previously, Dana held the position of Senior Compliance Analyst at Janus Capital Group from April 2009 to January 2012, focusing on ensuring adherence to FINRA regulations, SEC rules, and GIPS standards while also recruiting and mentoring new talent. Dana's career at Janus Capital Group began in December 1994 as Assistant Compliance Manager, undertaking various compliance roles, including orientation presentations and advertising review. Dana earned a Bachelor of Science in Child Development from Arizona State University, building a strong foundation for a successful career in compliance.
