Lena Li

Lena Li is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as an Assistant Actuary at Transamerica since January 2020, specializing in GGY AXIS modeling. Previously, Lena held the role of Actuarial Analyst at National Life Group from January 2015 to January 2020, where responsibilities included developing pricing models, conducting pricing experience studies, and supporting management decision-making. Prior to this, Lena gained diverse skills through various positions, including actuarial roles at New York Life Insurance Company, where work involved merging Prophet workspaces and coding VBA, as well as internships at Urban Green Energy, Munich Re, and China Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Lena holds a Master of Science in Actuarial Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Renmin University of China.
