Mirjam Flens

Mirjam Flens is an experienced leader in the fields of operations and people management, currently serving as the Head of People & Organization at Transavia since June 2014. In previous roles at Transavia, Flens led the Transition Team and Design Team, focusing on the restructuring of the Ground organization, and managed all Ground Services contracts and processes in Dutch homebases. Prior to Transavia, Flens held the position of Unit Manager at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, overseeing baggage handling operations and leading a large team. Early career experiences include roles at Accenture, Unique, and Hilton, where Flens gained expertise in HR scheduling, account management, and operational training. Flens holds a Master's degree in General Management from Nyenrode Business University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Hotelschool The Hague.
