Nawal M.

Nawal M. is a Digital Learning Manager at Transavia since July 2022, responsible for the selection and design of engaging educational content, managing the LMS platform, defining KPIs, and preparing reports. Nawal M. also promotes a learning culture, collaborates on training programs, and ensures compliance with European and international regulations. Previously, Nawal M. served as a Digital Learning Project Manager at Thales from April 2019 to October 2021, leading e-learning module development and supporting learner progression, as well as taking part in the rollout of a new LMS. Nawal M. began in the field as a Graphic Design and Digital Learning Intern, focusing on visual identity and cybersecurity e-learning. Nawal M. holds a Master’s degree in Digital Project Management from Paris YNOV Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.
