Janise Chan is a Senior Product Designer at Transcarent, where work began in 2023. Previously, Janise was a Designer and Design Researcher at Hopelab from 2016 to 2021, contributing to the development of mental health products for teens and young adults within a social innovation lab. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Strategist at GOOD Corps from 2012 to 2016, where Janise led human-centered design projects and crafted social impact strategies for various organizations. Janise holds a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction and Design from the University of Washington (2021-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Social Policy and Economics from Northwestern University (2008-2012).
