Michael Tschiderer

Michael Tschiderer is an experienced financial executive and business consultant with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Transcat since December 2015 and as an Executive Business Consultant since January 2021, Tschiderer has held key leadership positions including Global Controller at LanzaTech and Vice President at GXS, Infinia Corporation, and Mpower Communications. Tschiderer has expertise in financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and turnaround management, having founded the Management Consulting division at Bonadio & Co, LLP, and owned Professional Medical Supply, Inc. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University.
