Transcend Australia is a national, community-led, registered nonprofit organisation making sure that trans, non-binary and gender diverse young people are embraced and given every opportunity to thrive.

We provide information, resources and a safe space for families, parents and carers, service providers, practitioners and the community to develop their understanding and grow their confidence to be able to support young people according to their needs so that they can be who they are.

We do this because we know that, when trans, gender diverse and non-binary young people can receive the care they need, can express themselves with freedom and have access to the same opportunities as others, they will thrive.
