Pam Bodzioch, SPHR-SCP, has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Pam'smost recent role was as the Director of Human Resources at Transco Railway Products Inc., where they provided freight car repair and rebuilding services to the rail transportation industry. Prior to that, they served as a Personnel Officer on a temporary assignment at the Office of Naval Research, where they facilitated research funding for public and private organizations. Pam also worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Numerator and the Vice President of Human Resources at Valid, gaining experience in global HR operations and technology solutions. Additionally, Pam has held human resources leadership positions at Holman, Hassett Logistics, and Aramark, where they focused on truck equipment, transportation, and customer service industries respectively. Pam'sdiverse background has equipped their with a well-rounded skill set in managing human resources functions in various sectors.
Pam Bodzioch, SPHR-SCP, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management from National Louis University. Pam also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Elmhurst University and an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Liberal Arts from Triton College. Additionally, Pam completed a program in Military Joint Operations Planning and Strategy at the U.S. Naval War College.
Pam has obtained several certifications, including the DDI Targeted Selection®: Trainer Workshop from DDI | Development Dimensions International in June 2021. Pam also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification, which they obtained from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in July 2013.
