Evangelos Syrigos is a seasoned mechanical design engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Transense Technologies plc since July 2025, Evangelos previously held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Pod Point Ltd. from September 2017 to January 2025. Expertise includes mechanical systems design, development, testing, and validation, alongside proficiency in SolidWorks, GD&T, FMEA, and various manufacturing optimization techniques. Prior roles at Saietta Group involved leading projects related to motor design and collaboration with global clients, while earlier experiences in the Hellenic Navy and LALIZAS provided foundational skills in safety compliance and product engineering. Evangelos holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced Engineering Design from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of West Attica.
