Christos Dimoulis is a Senior Counsel at Transformco since June 2022, providing legal support to its Shop Your Way, Member Technology, Brands, and IT divisions, focusing on contract review and privacy law compliance. Prior to this role, Christos served as an Associate Attorney at Pluymert, MacDonald, Hargrove & Lee, Ltd., specializing in estate planning, business law, and commercial litigation. Christos has extensive experience in handling diverse legal cases through previous positions, including managing a broad case load at Salvi, Salvi, & Wifler, P.C., where notable work included court appearances and co-authoring a publication for the Illinois State Bar Association. Additionally, Christos contributed to legal education as a coach for the Corboy Fellowship in Trial Advocacy at Loyola University Chicago School of Law and gained valuable legal experience through various externships and clerkships, including at the Illinois Appellate Court and the Chicago Board of Education Law Department. Christos holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Thomas Edison State University.
