Gracie Sanchez

Gracie Sanchez, M.Ed., is an experienced professional in customer success and higher education, currently serving as the Customer Success Team Lead at Transfr since January 2023. In this role, Gracie leads, coaches, and develops Customer Success Managers to achieve targets related to customer retention and satisfaction. Prior to Transfr, Gracie held several positions, including Senior Customer Success Manager at HiCounselor, where responsibilities included managing customer onboarding and driving product enhancements, and Customer Success Manager at Pearson, overseeing student success initiatives. Gracie also has a background in academic advising and coaching, having served as a Graduate Assistant Coach for women's basketball at Carthage College and completing an internship in academic advising. Gracie holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sport Science, both from Carthage College.
