Kasia Kulbacka is a seasoned professional in the field of network planning and operations, currently serving as the General Manager of Network Planning at Transgrid since July 2021, after holding the position of Executive Manager of Network Planning and Operations. Prior to Transgrid, Kasia was the Chief Operations Officer/Integrator at XY Planning Network from August 2019 to April 2021 and held various leadership roles at National Grid from January 2005 to August 2019, including Vice President of Electric Systems Engineering, Executive Advisor to the President, and Director of Transmission Planning and Asset Management. Kasia holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Power Systems from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where studies were completed from 2006 to 2007, and an undergraduate education from Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2000 to 2004. Early education was received at Liceum Ogolnoksztalcace Nr. 1 w Elku.
