Transition Projects
Latif Bossman currently serves as Case Manager III at Transition Projects since March 2019, focusing on residential advocacy during the grave shift and overseeing a caseload of five participants in addition to managing 90 men at a homeless shelter. Latif is also the owner of Boss Press Company, which produces "Prison Fathers: Parenting Behind Bars" and the Parenting Over Prison Project. Previous experience includes roles as Warehouse Manager at First Choice Medical Supply, Board Member at the International Center for Traditional Child Bearing, Regional/Nordstrom Equipment Coordinator at Coffee Bean International, Document Scanner at Ford Graphics, and Shop Manager at Revolution Performance Motorcycles. Latif holds two Associate of Applied Science degrees from Portland Community College, earned between 2007 and 2013.
