Seth Grant possesses extensive experience in emergency management, training, and community support. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Manager at Transition Projects since August 2019, Seth is responsible for overseeing training programs and the agency’s training calendar. Additional roles include Volunteer for the Training Advisory Council at Portland Police Bureau and Trauma Intervention Program NW, as well as Volunteer for Neighborhood Emergency Teams with the Portland Bureau of Emergency Management. Previous positions encompass Emergency Operations Manager, Security Staff, and Operations Chief for Remote Emergency Training Solutions, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and community service. Seth's background includes managing safety in various settings, facilitating training, and supporting victims of trauma, showcasing a dedication to both professional development and emergency preparedness.
