Transitions LifeCare
Amanda Woodall has over 10 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Amanda started their career in 2004 as the Director of Professional Services at Heartland Home Health Care. In 2010, they joined Transitions LifeCare (formerly known as Hospice of Wake County) and held various roles, including Director of Home Health and Access Team Leader RN BSN. Amanda'stenure at Transitions LifeCare lasted until at least 2017.
Amanda Woodall attended East Carolina University from 1996 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Celebrating life since 1979, Transitions LifeCare was founded as Hospice of Wake County in 1979 and provides physical, emotional and spiritual care to those living with an advanced illness, their caregivers and those who have lost a loved one. Our services include hospice care, palliative care, home health, caregiver support, and grief counseling. Services are provided regardless of age, race, religion or financial circumstances. Our service area includes eastern Chatham, Durham, Franklin, Harnett, Johnston, and Wake counties, as well as Chapel Hill and Carrboro (Orange County). Guided by community-based boards of directors and supported by a dedicated professional staff, our goal is to provide compassionate hospice care that allows patients to enjoy every moment of their lives to the fullest.
