Alex Rueberger is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in both research and development and facility management. Currently serving as a Senior Development Engineer at Transitions Optical since June 2005, Alex leverages strong engineering and project management skills to design advanced system and equipment enhancements, while supervising a team of reliability and utility technicians alongside external contractors. Prior to this role, Alex worked at General Electric Company from September 1997 to June 2005 as a Senior Electrical Engineer, where responsibilities included managing engineering and maintenance operations for glass plants, directing new equipment installations, and overseeing project scopes with external contractors. Alex holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Youngstown State University.
