Lucy Parker

Lucy Parker has extensive experience in business analysis and process management, currently serving as a Business Relationship Manager at TransLink since March 2012, after previously holding the role of Business Process Analyst. Prior to TransLink, Lucy worked at Coast Mountain Bus Company from December 2003 to March 2012 in several capacities, including Senior Business Analyst, where responsibilities included analyzing business processes and facilitating communication between IT and business units. Additionally, Lucy has experience as a Business Analyst and Developer at Computer Services Ltd from October 2001 to March 2011, focusing on developing business requirements and coding for proprietary software. Early in the career, Lucy was a Senior Consultant with Western Support Group from 1989 to 2002. Lucy Parker holds a degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where studies were completed from 1978 to 1980.
