Youssef Nomair has extensive experience in logistics and customer experience, currently serving as Account Manager for the Egypt Export Sales Team at Transmar since July 2022, with previous roles including Senior Customer Experience Executive and Customer Experience Executive. Prior to that, Youssef worked at Master International Logistics from October 2018 to June 2022 as Network Operations Manager and Network Operations Specialist, where responsibilities included coordinating import and export activities, pricing, booking, shipment tracking, and managing client relationships. Youssef holds a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, alongside an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor's degree in the same field.
