Donovan Maire is an accomplished professional in the field of nuclear physics and technology. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at TRANSMUTEX since November 2019, Donovan has held various roles including Deputy CTO and Nuclear Physicist. Prior experience includes a tenure at IRSN from March 2012 to October 2019 as an ingénieur-chercheur involved in research and development for environmental radioactivity measurement and detector modeling. Donovan completed a PhD focused on developing a µTPC for neutron field measurement and conducted similar research during a six-month engineering internship. Earlier experience includes developing a PET scanner through simulation at Imacisio and performing maintenance on plasma etching machines at STMicroelectronics. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Physics in Nuclear Physics from Université Joseph Fourier, a Master of Engineering in Nuclear Physics from Grenoble INP - UGA, and foundational education in math and science.
