Mpho J. Lencwe, holding a BTech and MEng, currently serves as a Pr Techni Eng at Transnet Freight Rail-Koedoespoort since October 2011, where professional registration with ECSA has been obtained. Experience includes roles as an Engineering Technician, focusing on mechanical static and dynamic structural testing on heavy haul vehicles and involvement in research and development projects. Mpho also mentored BTech students at Tshwane University of Technology in 2017, providing laboratory assistance, tutoring, and support in assessments and research. Previous positions at Transnet Freight Rail include acting as Chief Engineering Technician in the Mechanical Technology Department for two months and serving as a mentor in various engineering disciplines from 2011 to 2014. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a BTech in Power Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology, along with a National Diploma from Central University of Technology, Free State.
