Zukile Wayini is an experienced cybersecurity leader currently serving as the Head (Executive Manager) of Cyber Security, IT Ops, and Project Delivery at Transnet SOC Ltd, since July 2022. In this role, Zukile spearheads the cybersecurity product selection and implementation of an integrated Identity Management and Access Control ecosystem. Prior positions include Chief Information Security Officer at Volkswagen Group South Africa, where Zukile maintained the effectiveness of the Information Security Management System, and various network security and IT support roles across Transnet and Volkswagen entities. Zukile holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Management College of South Africa, along with multiple certifications in safety, ITIL, and networking, and a National Diploma in Information Technology from Nelson Mandela University.
