Lisa Mullins

Lisa Mullins has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lisa worked at Transocean from 2007 to 2015, starting as a Senior Employment Supervisor and later serving as the HR Manager, Global Functional Support and Global Recruiting Manager. In 2018, Lisa returned to Transocean as the Director of Human Resources - Offshore. Prior to their time at Transocean, they worked at GlobalSantaFe as a Senior Recruiter and Human Resources Assistant. Lisa also gained experience as a Proposal Project Manager at Alcatel-Lucent.

Lisa Mullins has a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University. Lisa has additional certifications as a Professional in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and as a Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), obtained in 2005.
