Martin Lengi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and financial management within the transportation and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Planning at Transpordiamet since January 2021, Martin also holds a position on the Management Board of the Baltic Road Association. Notably, Martin has advised on sustainability governance for the City of Tallinn and previously directed strategic planning at the Estonian Road Administration. Early career highlights include CFO roles at LHV and experience in credit management at Nokia Siemens Networks, as well as significant managerial positions at Swedbank and Evli Bank Plc. Transpordiamet - Estonian Transport Administration
The Estonian Transport Administration was created on 1 January 2021 by merging the Civil Aviation Administration, the Road Administration and the Maritime Administration. It will be a competence centre uniting all modes of transport and a developer of a safe, comfortable and fast traffic environment. The administration is dedicated to improve availability of convenient services and destinations, smarter usage of land, air and water routes and healthier and eco-friendlier traffic. It will also design smart mobility solutions and implement policies and projects covering all modes of transport.
