Luciana Ribeiro has extensive experience in marketing roles. Luciana started as a Marketing Manager at Fácil Empreendimentos in 2008 and held this position until 2016. In 2017, they joined Digital Willow Ltd as an Account Manager & Hubspot Wizz, a role they held until 2019. In 2019, they joined Transport Exchange Group as a Digital Marketing Manager and quickly climbed to the position of Marketing Director.

Luciana Ribeiro has a diverse education history. In 2000, they began their studies at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where they earned a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Communications with a focus on Advertising and Public Relations. Luciana continued their education at the same institution and completed a degree in Mass Communication in 2004.

In 2007, Luciana pursued further education in Culture Management, completing a program at both SENAC DF and DUO Informação e Cultura. That same year, they also attended SEBRAE-MG to gain expertise in entrepreneurship for small businesses.

Luciana later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Management at ESAMC Uberlândia, attending from 2010 to 2011.

To add to their educational qualifications, Luciana obtained several certifications. In December 2017, they became certified in Google Adwords and Google Analytics. Luciana also obtained the HubSpot Marketing Software Certification and the HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification in December 2017 and May 2017 respectively. Luciana's most recent certification was as a HubSpot Agency Partner, which they received in February 2018.
