David Watts is a seasoned professional in Intelligent Transport Systems, currently serving as a Senior ITS Engineer with Transport for Greater Manchester since March 2015. In this role, David works within the Highways department, focusing on Urban Traffic Control and has been instrumental in the implementation of various transport initiatives and the deployment of a network of sensors to monitor and manage major roads across Greater Manchester. Prior to this, David gained experience as a Sales Advisor at Office Shoes from September 2010 to February 2015. David holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Geography from the University of Chester, which was completed in 2014.
