Ken Fox has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Ken started their career as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at Queen Mary, University of London, where they focused on developing computer models to study planetary dynamics. Ken then worked as an Operations Analyst at EASAMS before joining the University of Leeds as a Senior Research Fellow, where they managed collaborative research projects related to traffic management strategies. Ken later joined Halcrow as a Senior Consultant, specializing in road traffic micro-simulation models. Ken then became the CEO of Fox Traffic Simulation, where they served for three years before transitioning to Atkins as a Managing Consultant. Ken is currently working at Transport for London as a Principal Transport Modeller. Throughout their career, Ken has been an expert in using micro-simulation models such as Aimsun, Paramics, and VISSIM.

Ken Fox earned a PhD in Solar System Dynamics from Queen Mary University of London, completing the program from 1979 to 1982. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in Applied Mathematics from the same university, from 1976 to 1979.
