Karyn Souder

Karyn Souder is an accomplished graphic design professional with extensive experience in leading creative projects across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Graphic Designer at Transport for NSW since August 2021, Karyn specializes in creating engaging, on-brand designs through collaborative team interactions. Prior roles include Senior Graphic Designer at ICC Sydney, where Karyn focused on brand safeguarding and client satisfaction, and Global Art Director at Schneider Electric, leading multi-channel global campaigns. Karyn's design expertise is further demonstrated through positions at organizations such as BrandMatters, The Burrow Group, and J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, showcasing a strong background in brand creation and corporate communications. Karyn holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Graphic Design from Russell Sage College and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing and Management from Siena College.
