Melissa Pavlakis is an experienced Senior Service Designer with a strong background in both service and experience design. Currently working at Transport for NSW as part of the Digital Transport Accelerator, Melissa has held senior positions at Westpac and IAG, where experience ranged from junior to mid-level roles in experience design. In addition, Melissa's career includes roles in marketing and business development, notably as a Marketing Coordinator at API Leisure & Lifestyle and as a Business Development Manager at Groupon Australia. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Media Studies in Communication from Western Sydney University and completed a User Experience Course focused on Human Centered Design at Academy Xi.
